Being bereaved by homicide or terrorism is a group that nobody wishes to join. Our incredible Volunteer Support Workers are bereaved themselves and have a unique sense of understanding when providing support to our members.

If you would like to apply for a Volunteer Support Worker role and you are bereaved by homicide, please complete our online application form.

Alternatively you can email us at info@samm.org.uk, ring our helpline on 0121 472 2912 or text us on 07342 888570.

Volunteering for us can provide enormous benefits. It can help you feel part of our community and you get to meet new people. You may even learn new skills to help advance your career. And if you’re still not sure, here are a few words from our current Volunteer Support Workers.
